Lutheran School is the school ministry of Emmaus Lutheran Church
in Fort Wayne, IN and is affiliated with the Lutheran Church
Missouri Synod. We presently hold a National Lutheran
School Accreditation, as well as Indiana State Accreditation and
North Central Accreditation. We are proud to say that our
ISTEP+ scores are among the highest in the area. Why

Mundt, Interim Principal · For over 100 years we have been an outreach ministry to the community of Fort Wayne in the area of elementary education. · We offer a solid rigorous academic program in a discipline, nurturing environment for Preschool for 3-year olds through 8th Grade, including an all day kindergarten · Dedicated teachers provide a Christian model through leading by example. · Emmaus partners with parents to prepare their children for Christian learning and service. · Students experience prayer and worship in an atmosphere that deepens Christian values providing a strong foundation to make responsible decisions. · Before school care beginning at 6:30 a.m., and after school care until 5:30 p.m. · Extra-curricular activities including sports, student council, chess, band, choir, and strings. · A PTL that supports school families with a variety of activities throughout the year. · High ISTEP average scores for students in grades 3 – 8.
